0) Why only Partial COD option is Available and not COD?

1) Why does Prepaid orders get Delivered Faster?

Ans: Around 50% of times the delivery agents mark packages as "undeliverable" without actually attempting delivery when the order is Cash On Delivery. They mark it as the consignee was not available and don't deliver the product and return it to the us again. Or even sometimes the consignee has to pick their courier from the office if the place COD orders. With our past experiences, all of the prepaid orders get delivered on time. They do not have option to return Prepaid Orders and so they have to Deliver it. This makes the customers experience smooth.
